This hotel is a hidden gem, offering great value for money. The location, close to the beach, allows for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. The staff are friendly and attentive, ensuring that basic amenities are always kept clean. The rooms, equipped with air conditioning, are cleaned everyday and provide a comfortable stay. The breakfast selection is fantastic, with attention to detail and a variety of options to choose from.

At the time of arrival at the entrance of the accommodation, the process of access is very slow because it takes a long time to find your name and booking number. They should have that in a digital format with a tablet or computer system, so that from the customer arrives and enter their names quickly corroborate personal information and ready . Also something that I didn't like to understand I saw a lot of people complaining at the check in, as they take a long time to attend to their demands. In my personal case I arrived at the check in on time and I had to wait almost an hour later, because, my room was not ready and for me it was nothing of much pleasure . Finally, I think that you should improve the part of the night shows and activities, since I could observe that people expressed that they were very repetitive and tired.

Quiet and clean beach with lots of shadows and hammocks, ideal for children. Spacious rooms with a nice terrace overlooking the sea. All the staff super friendly, bellboys as Leocadio, Heriberto Garcia (and many more); waiters, as Manuela, Eddy (and generally all of them); reception / customer service as Juan Carlos Reyes, Sandra and others. Hiring the premium wifi for less than 9 euros (two weeks) that works really well, is highly recommended too. towel service and fact that both food and drinks, even beer or alcoholic beverages are included, gives enormous comfort and freedom. By the way the taxi drivers working for the hotel (like Placido) are fantastic, excursions (extras) available from the hotel are worthwhile. noteworthy are the electric cars that transport you to the restaurants, lobby or rooms throughout the day. mini-bar service (also included in the price) is very well attended. There are 4 restaurant options available for dinner (El Orquidea is undoubtedly the best), two for lunch and one for breakfast

rooms have few sockets and few hangers and drains sometimes don't smell good or get clogged. food is somewhat repetitive although they make an effort to vary it. I made the reservation I asked for transportation from the airport in Las Americas (Santo Domingo) to the hotel, they never responded and in the end we had to take a taxi.

Everything was good, magnificent location close to other areas, the Lagoon, and the various waterfalls including el Limone, excellent staff. The room I stayed in was brand-new and neat with mini bar and air conditioning, for example.

Great holiday experience, I'm happy with my choice. The room was fantastic, and the ocean view was breathtaking. The location was perfect, although I wished there were more shops at the plaza. 😊

The hotel is stunningly beautiful with a magnificent location close to Samana and Puerto Plato. The staff is excellent, and the special restaurants are a perfect addition. The room is brand-new, neat, and the bed is extremely comfy. the balcony offers lovely views of the ocean.

We spent some time at a couple of different beaches and both were nice. We took a boat to the lagoon and had a great time swimming and relaxing. We also enjoyed the Italian restaurant, the food was tasty. Our room was clean and the bathroom seemed to get cleaned daily. Breakfast had a good variety of options and the view from the balcony was nice.

The resort seemed to be trying to sell itself as a 5 star property when it's really just a 3 star.
